Collage Doodle Therapy - Art Supplies List

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I doodle. It's something I've done for a long time, and over time I developed this little technique of gluing heavy magazine page bits onto the paper to work as a background — partly because I love how it looks, and partly because I really don't like wasting paper! 😄

The collage pieces end up guiding the whole doodle flow, and there's something really freeing about that. You're not starting from a blank page, you're just responding to what's already there. It's fun, it's relaxing, and honestly it's one of my favorite ways to decompress.

For this video I used the Ferritales | 2026 Limited Edition | Everlasting Fountain Pen Ink – The Twilight Symphony (20ml), and this color just works so beautifully for this kind of loose, intuitive doodling. As a Ferris Wheel Press Ambassador, I have a 15% off code for you: JA-ROSI 🖋️

I really hope you give this a try next time life feels like a lot.
